Time, IP address and browser details are also recorded to operate and protect the service. Please do not include sensitive information. Enquiry details are used to consider and respond to your request, without automatically subscribing you to advertising.
Service providers
Hosting uses Google Cloud. Email delivery uses Mailgun. The form does not send your message or contact details to an AI spam filter service. Optional Google Maps, Google reCAPTCHA and Adobe Fonts can receive your IP address and technical details only after you accept. These services may process information outside the EEA under their own terms and safeguards.
Analytics with consent
After Accept, Google Tag Manager can activate Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and interactions. The script and analytics events pass through data.cecilamer.com and the Google Tag Manager server container on Google Cloud to Google Analytics. Using our own subdomain does not remove the transfer to Google. Events may include the page, visit source, cookie identifiers and technical device information. The retention setting for user and event data is 14 months, with Google signals disabled. Before a choice, after Decline and after withdrawal, Tag Manager does not load and Analytics events are not sent.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your information and object to processing where applicable. Requests and any retention required for legal obligations are considered individually. You may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority at dpa.gr.
